Senior Software Engineer

  • 5+ years of PHP experience

  • Expert Knowledge of CSS, DHTML, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX

Responsibilities & Qualifications of the React.js Front End Engineer include, but are not limited to:

  • 3+ years of React JS experience (preferred)
  • next.js and Typescript experience
  • 2+ years of MySQL and PHP (bonus)
  • You are a trusted engineer with Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree, or has relevant work experience

Inside Sales Representative

Our mission is to enable everyone in the world to participate and engage in lifting their community to new heights. We do so by providing a platform to list, find, organize and measure the impact of service-learning, community engagement, philanthropy, and volunteerism in the community. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will partner with the marketing and your sales team colleagues to develop and nurture new client leads across multiple different customer segments to meet quarterly revenue targets. You are data-driven and proficient in managing a sales pipeline to qualify and prioritize best prospects. You are resourceful and have a deep interest in scaling our business operations to help generate new business and shorten the sales cycle. You enjoy working in a collaborative, innovative, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with your sales team colleagues to size prospects by audience segment and develop quarterly sales forecasts based on a weighted pipeline of opportunity
  • Manage inbound leads using Hubspot CRM to qualify leads and move them through each stage of the deal funnel
  • Prioritize leads based on the biggest opportunities for revenue generation or future audience growth
  • Create new reporting to provide visibility of pipeline status to senior management
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop outbound marketing campaigns with the goal of identifying qualified sales leads
  • Develop lead nurture campaigns and continually A/B test messaging across multiple different audience segments
  • Partner with customer success to understand client pain points and develop targeted messaging strategies at attract new prospects

Qualifications

  • 3+ years as an inside sales representative or in a demand generation marketing role within the SaaS industry
  • BS/BA in marketing, communications or related field preferred
  • Experience with accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Proven success developing inbound marketing leads into qualified sales leads
  • Proficient in the use of a CRM platform to manage sales pipeline, create reports and develop outbound marketing campaigns (experience with HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Sales Development Representative

    We are seeking a qualified candidate to raise awareness and generate interest for GivePulse.

    Responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative include, but are not limited to:

    • Reach out to leads (community organizers) to convey GivePulse's value proposition
    • Raise awareness and generate interest for GivePulse through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers
    • Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with your Account Executives
    • Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 40 calls and 20 emails per day
    • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices and improve overall effectiveness and efficiency within the role and team
    • Become a power user of GivePulse's platform

    Qualifications

As an entry-level to mid-level position, we are seeking candidates who are interested in growing into positions that manage all aspects of our customer relationships in the future.

    The ideal candidate has what it takes to intuitively solve problems and knows when to consult their team, and will bring their thorough attention to detail when working with community organization and technology issues. GivePulse is especially interested in candidates who will take ownership and responsibility to exceed expectations, contribute to open dialogue, build bridges and foster a climate supporting equity, diversity, and belonging.

    This is a full-time, remote position that reports to the Client Success and Support Coordinator.

    What Client Success & Support Coordinator does every day:

    • Provide the very best customer support via email, chat and phone, and also find creative solutions to customer requests
    • Go above-and-beyond to make customers love their GivePulse experience
    • Support all customer relationship activities through customer onboarding & implementation, launch and product training, and all post-implementation support
    • Communicate ways to the product development team to improve the customer experience and recommend product improvements based on your daily interactions with customers and technology trends
    • Take ownership of your results by driving high quality customer service, resulting in meeting or exceeding the monthly goals associated with the role every month
