About
Welcome to the Community Service Learning (CSL) Project Subgroup!
CSL is a structured learning experience that combines community service with mentored preparation and reflection. It is distinguishable from community service/volunteerism in that students, under the guidance of a mentor, engage with community organizations to identify clients’ needs, develop a project plan with specific, measurable objectives to address those needs, provide the service, measure outcomes, and present the results to the community.
This subgroup is where you can manage your CSL project. You are able to create events with shift sign-ups and a whole lot more!
To get started, follow these 5 simple steps:
2. The CSL Program staff will review it and respond.
3. If approved, you will be granted a limited time frame with Administrator status so you can set up your project in this subgroup.
4. Once you have set up your project, then your role will change to Event Manager. You will be allowed this status for as long as your project is taking place.
5. When the project ends, you will be removed as an Event Manager from this subgroup.
