    Rowdy Vota: Vote Early Day!
    Youth Voter Fest

Energizing! Great to see community come together around civic engagement and voter preparedness. In attendance were families, high school students, college students and community partners sharing resources. A quiz giveaway with the League of Women Voter's engaged students to remember important dates, ID requirements, Voter's Bill of Rights etc. This event also launched the newly launched Youth Do Vote, nonprofit serving primarily high school students by providing voter engagement resources to prepare them to be civically engaged.

Rowdy Corps Community Scholars 2023 Graduation & Stole Presentation Ceremony
27th Annual Cesar E. Chavez March for Justice

It was a wonderful experience to be in community and in solidarity with La Causa Sigue honoring Cesar Chavez & Dolores Huerta, Emma Tenayuca, Rebecca Flores and many other civil rights leaders. CECLEF is very inclusive and provides our office with an opportunity to support the march. The Castro family served as Grand Marshalls and it brings such pride to honor them and their work, especially Rosie who inspires perseverance. We engaged with members of the surrounding neighborhood, elected officials past and present and high school students. It was an energizing experience and extra special to have music all along the route. The weather was perfect and the march was well rounded with UFW President Emeritus Arturo Rodriguez.
